Como eu faria para construir o mesmo exemplo usado com o pybrain usando aquele modelo XOR com o SCIKIT-LEARN ?

O Scikit-learn tem um módulo chamado MLPClassifier (multi-layer perceptron), dá uma olhada na documentação: https://scikit-learn.org/stable/modules/generated/sklearn.neural_network.MLPClassifier.html
