Somente para compartilhar com os colegas. Consegui captar todos os olhos, exceto da menina com rosto virado, sem falsos positivos, usando o seguinte comando:
detector_olhos.detectMultiScale(imagem_cinza, minNeighbors=25, scaleFactor=1.01, minSize=(20,20), maxSize=(30,30))
